What Is Nativo?

Nativo is a 15-floor boutique hotel rising in the heart of Laureles, Medellín's coolest neighborhood, as named by Time Out.

Designed around the elements of nature — air, water, earth — its dancing facades and organic interiors create a world apart, without leaving the city.

Built by Legare. 40 rooms + penthouse. Walking distance to the Medellín Metro. Steps from the riverfront. Surrounded by restaurants, nightlife, and culture.

But beyond the lifestyle, the numbers tell the story:

  • Only 73 hotels in the area serving 2,100 guests. Real unmet demand in one of the city's most visited zones.
  • New Metro Line on Av. 80, under construction. Increased connectivity. Increased value.
  • Atanasio Girardot Stadium renovation underway. 750 billion COP in public investment directly boosting the surrounding area.

The city is investing here. Now open to investors.

FAQs

Five quick answers from our team.

At Nativo, all investors become shareholders of the company that owns the hotel. Profits are distributed proportionally based on your share.

The process is simple:

  • Intro call with our legal team
  • Reserve your share with $2,000 USD
  • Formalize through a legal agreement
  • You own a piece of the hotel and earn from every night it operates.

Each room share is priced at $389,740,000 COP, equivalent to approximately $95,000 USD.

This represents a 2.42% stake in the hotel.

The penthouse (equal to 6 shares) has already been sold. There are 40 room shares available — 6 have already been sold.

Reserve yours with $2,000 USD to lock in your founding investor price.

A Chameleon Asset is a property that can adapt to different uses depending on market conditions, without major structural changes.

Nativo is designed exactly this way. Every room includes a kitchenette, which means the same property can operate as:

  • A boutique hotel (primary model)
  • Short-term rentals via Airbnb
  • Co-living spaces
  • Long-term or assisted living

Nativo is also zoned "Alta Mixtura", allowing a legal mix of residential, commercial, and hospitality uses.

This flexibility protects your investment against market shifts and maximizes long-term value.
